Results of Tests, X-Rays etc... Our policy is to contact you with any test result that is abnormal or requires further contact with a Health Professional. This will usually be done by phone as soon as the doctor has checked the results. You may of course phone to check for results yourself, but we would ask you not to do this during the busier times of the day (8.00am - 10.00am and 4.00pm-6.00pm) as the reception staff are very busy at these times.
